Hours 25/week including Sunday working
Reports to: Programme Director
Start Date: Sept / Oct tbc depending on funding
Pay: Circa £22-25k p.a. pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience)
The Community Volunteer Manager is a key staff role with responsibility for building relationships with local churches to establish Safe Families within the church as one of the tools they can use to serve their neighbourhood. The Community Volunteer Manager is essential in recruiting, training and supporting our volunteer base. This role would be based in a new Leicester office recruiting volunteers to meet the needs of families referred by Leicester Local Authority. This office is part of our Midlands team. We meet together at our central office (in Chillwell) fortnightly.
