We are searching for a new Community Volunteer Managerr for Swindon to join our team in the South and South West region.

Role summary:

The Community Volunteer Manager is a key staff role with responsibility for ensuring that Safe Families work within a given region is resourced with a growing base of well-trained and well-supported volunteers. Key areas of work include promoting Safe Families among churches and other community organisations, securing the interest of new volunteer applicants and assisting them through the Safe Families ‘Safer Recruitment’ process. You will also be responsible for developing a network of locally-based Safe Families volunteer coordinators and maintaining a high level of engagement with volunteers, churches and community groups.
